As you settle into your new role I thought I’d introduce ourselves to you.

We’re Enee and we’re your IT people. That means that if you have problem logging into your computer, accessing a program or if you aren’t able to print, you can come to us!

 

How to request support from Enee

The best way to request assistance from us is to open a ticket – which can be done by sending us an email at help@enee.com.au.

If however, the problem is stopping you, or a group of you from doing work, then it may be best to give our helpdesk a call at (08) 7070 0900 and pressing option #1.

 

What information should I provide?

Figuring out what’s wrong can sometimes feel like finding a needle in a haystack! Providing us with the following information helps us out a lot, and speeds up the process:

  • What were you trying to do and what was the outcome?
  • What exactly did the error message say?
  • Is it repeatable or random?
  • How many people is this issue affecting?
  • Do you have a workaround?
